One of my favorite things to do is create gigposters. I started really getting into it around 2002 when my boyfriend at the time was in a touring band - I cranked out a decent amount of gigposters and got a chance to develop my own style. The following gigposters and fliers are presented in chronological order.

Check out some more of my gigposters here: http://www.gigposters.com/designer/38814_Bess_Dolin.html (new window)

Now, I create fliers for more than just bands and shows, and I'm certainly open to creating fliers for charity events. Contact me for rates or more information!

HA! Surf Lessons
This isn't really a gigposter, it's an ad... but I dealt with it like a gigposter so I'm putting it in this section... Create a flier that's bold and brightly colored and eye-catching, fun, and quirky with a 60's surf/rock feel.

The New Deal Fashion Show & Handmade Market
Fit a ridiculous amount of information (and sponsor logos) onto a flier and still have it look good. Incorporate a kind of "magic show" feeling into the poster without having it come off as hokey.

Shout Out Against Sexual Violence
For charity - I'm such a good person! Create a super eye catching flier that conveys the feeling of self-expression, unity, and positivity as well as strength.

The Makeover Lotto
Create a flier that communicates the idea of the makeover as bringing out your inner beauty so that you look like the best version of you instead of just throwing on some random clothes and makeup. Comes in tabloid, letter, and handbill sizes.
